ACCOUNTS

Refunds and credit

Cancellations, refund requests and in-house credit. Read the refund policy first to check whether your registration is eligible.
Include your full name, the email address you registered with, your licence number and the bundle name. Refunds are not processed by phone.

Group and firm registrations, accreditation questions, privacy requests, partnership enquiries and anything urgent.
