For CPD Bundle Registrants:

Instructions for Accessing Your Optional Certificate of Completion (Not mandatory for CPD credits)

Upon successful completion of your selected module or the full bundle, your Official Certificate of Completion will be generated and hosted on your secure, personal dashboard. Please follow these steps to access and download your credentials:

Accessing the Secure CPD Bundle Page

Once the requirements above are met, follow these steps:

• Log In: Sign into your secure student portal using the unique credentials provided in your enrollment email.

• Navigate to the Bundle Page: Select your active program from the dashboard (e.g., Individual Module 1 or Full 12-Hour Master Bundle).

• Certificate Generation: Look for the "Assessment/Exam link to Get Your Certificate", which will appear at the bottom of the course list once the system verifies your assessment results and watch-time.

Download and Audit Support

• Format: Certificates are provided as high-resolution, print-ready PDFs.

• Audit-Backup: If Applicable, registrants are responsible to keep this certificate saved in their record according to regulator's CPD regulations/requirements for record keeping.

Important Troubleshooting Note

If you have completed your assessment but the certificate is not appearing:

1. Ensure you have watched 100% of the video content for that specific course and completed the assessment.

2. Registrants must check their email account, including the spam/junk folder, for the automated "Course Completion" notification which provides a direct link back to the secure bundle page.

3. Refresh your browser page to update the tracking status.
