Both are $29 and both are three hours. They share no sessions, and they do opposite jobs.
12 CPD hours each calendar year, including at least 3 accredited Professionalism hours, of which at least 1 must address equality, diversity and inclusion, and up to 9 Substantive hours. Professionalism hours must be accredited. Substantive hours need not be, but must be relevant to your practice or professional development. Complete by 31 December 2026 and report through the LSO Portal by 31 March 2027. Hours are not carried over.
