Seminar summary

This course will be of interest to immigration and employment practitioners who assist clients that hire foreign workers. We will highlight key provisions of immigration and employment laws that impact foreign workers and their employers, especially in the context of Employer Compliance Reviews and workplace inspections under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. We will also canvas the immigration and employment law consequences of promoting, demoting or dismissing a foreign worker.
