Many times, clients in various immigration status situations enter and leave Canada for or from other countries. During this process, they must face border agencies outside Canada as well as at port of entry in Canada. Crossing border options for Canada include, by road, by air, by water via designated locations only and individuals /clients must face multi-level serious questions / examination procedures during this time. This topic will educate participants about simple to legal reasons for such primary / secondary level examinations & procedures involved for temp. visa, permanent visa holders or clients with or without records / bad faith intentions. This course will assist in how to prepare clients for POE.
