During any given immigration application submission and examination process, clients or counsel(s) may make mistakes or errors. These errors and mistakes may affect the final decision, and sometimes very serious consequences can occur with these being interpreted as misrepresentations if not corrected before the examination process and the final decision. In this session attendees learn how to identify these errors and follow procedures to correct them, for the best interest of clients.
