This course will cover examination in chief and cross-examination in OHSA trials; strategy and defence and crown theory at trials; rules of evidence at regulatory offences trials; closing submissions.

Professionalism: This course will cover how to steer skillfully through the constant ethical challenges that you face when representing different parties in this contest.
