Summary:

This course will provide a quick legal and procedural overview of Canada’s various immigration pilot programs for childcare providers and home support workers. The CPD course will also cover various scenarios indicating a legal path caregiver to legally transition their status from temp. to PR in various situations. Temporary permits for accompanying dependents, as well as practical considerations for applicants pursuant to IRPA, IRPR and procedural manual will be explored.
