Q- How to Pay
A- You can pay by credit card online and interact email funds transfer. Click here for Payment Instructions and available options.
Q-Have paid but not received event instructions, or has not received a copy of an invoice?
A- This information is processed and relayed instantly via email on record by the system automatically. If your email is incorrect or our email falls into your spam/junk folder, you may not get it. Our system automatically sends a copy of invoice instantly via email once paid. It is registrants responsibility to keep track of such record to avoid such situation at last minute.
Our current new system is in place since June 2019, and contains all record from this date onwards.
If you have registered a program before June 2019 then proof of payment and invoice had been sent to you via the older system via email instantly, you have to look for a copy of invoice which was sent to you when you had registered or you may use an alternate proof of payment which could be a copy of credit card statement for that payment in lieu which is also an acceptable method.
Q- Cannot access my profile/account and print invoices and past records?
A- First log (Use a desktop or laptop computer not a smart phone) in to your online CPD House profile by logging into your account from top right corner of this page. You have to use the same email address used while creating account or membership profile or Use the link for support policy and options. Once you are logged in go to your profile page by clicking on button under your name and look for link names invoices and payments and explore options.
Q- Tax Receipts for Non-Vocational or CPD Program?
A- Generally tax certificates are issued on Vocational programs on a T2202A CRA form. CPD events ornon-vocational programsdo not fall under vocational programs or similar benefits for tax purposes. However, if you wish to claim a tax credit for CPD education, you may use a copy of your event or program invoice or proof of payment for such program and report it as related educational expense head in your tax return.
For further information, please contact your tax consultant or CRA and if there is any additional document or information required, that has to come from them and along with copy required demand or ruling.
We do not offer any other certificate or letter or a special invoice for CPD events or programs.
Q- I can access/watch video CPDs for some events now, which have future presentation dates. Can I claim CPD credits for those now?
A: Various CPD events are presented in a live format at multiple times and dates in that specific calendar year and they are all approved by the regulator. We allow/provide free access to the same event in video CPD format before the next presentation schedule but each event has its respective future presentation dates / expiry period. To claim CPD credits from the regulator, you have to follow the date and time related to your registration detail and the agenda even if you have viewed or access to video CPD before the date on your agenda. For further ruling and guidance on this and if you have watched the video once and there is no change in the contents of the program or agenda, please contact your regulatory body.
Q- Will I get a CD-DVD for video CPD or download to my computer?
A: No, we provide secure access to all video CPD online from our website. We dont mail out DVDs or allow download.
Q- I have registered for a bundle CPD program?
A- Click here, select your program and start registration.
Q- How to register for CPD event on regular fee?
A-Simply click on desired event/course link and follow instructions.
Q- How to register for CPD event under discount membership level?
A-First Log in to your CPD House profile from top right member login section; then use the event or course link, selected your fee level for payment and apply
Once registration is complete, then you will receive email instructions to access individual CPD event via email.
Q: How to access or play Video program online?
Look for an email sent to you after successful event registration containing step by step instructions to video CPD. If you cannot find this email in your inbox, try locating this in your spam folder.
In above instructional email message, you will find two steps under event detail link, one indicating a link to login secured page and the other for a secure password (All capitals letters). You will need to use that link and password to log into secured CPD video page. Remember, event detail link is not the video link, and your P.D.L.E.S. profile login password is not the password for secured video CPD page.
Q: How to retrieve past invoices or update an existing or past profile and retrieve information (RCIC)
A: First you have to log into your CPD House profile from top right log in section and update/retrieve information from your profile page. For invoices, alternately you may also use your credit card statement as proof of payment.
Q-How to upgrade/change CPD House membership level:
A- We are not offering any membership program for the year 2019 at this time.
Q- How do I find if I am already a P.D.L.E.S. Member:
A- You may log in from top right corner and see your status from your profile page
Q- Have not received a copy of agenda, or have lost a copy of agenda and other documentation?
A- For live sessions, this information is instantly provided via email with event registration confirmation message, notes are also provided via email within 12-24 business hours from the live event date and time. For video sessions member is required to download from the link with event confirmation message. No agenda or material is available for free archived videos section. Q- Cannot find video or web login link?
A- This information is available within the same email containing event confirmation relayed to the member after completion of registration. Please look for that email and read instructions carefully; if you have lost or deleted it by accident, you may request a duplicate copy. Use this link for policy and options.
Q- What if video access page says, video not available visit again?
A- You might have registered for a program which will be presented in future date and time, please pay close attention to your program title and then check its presentation date. The video will be available in 24 business hours from the date of it live presentation. If video has been presented and you still cannot access, send support ticket for further assistance.
Q- How to apply/adjust CPD house in-house credit towards a new purchase?
You can use in-house credit for any other event automatically. To do so and apply/adjust in-house credit, all you have to to is to log in to your profile account first, then select a new event, then during payment part, look for the option to apply the in-house credit.
If you have difficulty, just send an email message with the name of your new event, and we will apply for credit manually at our end.
Q- One event with two agendas, which one to use?
As explained in our following support question and answer, you have to claim CPD as per date in agenda and invoice. There are several events which are repeated twice in one year, and we grant access to the previous one at no extra cost.
It does not matter when you have accessed or viewed, ICCRC regulations will accept credits only after the date in agenda and as per your invoice date.
A- If you see two agendas with different dates under the one-course title; please use only one agenda to claim ICCRC CPD, which relates to date when you originally used to attend or access course/event.
For example: if you attended or viewed event within 90 days from January 23, you should use January 23 agenda, if you attended or viewed event within 90 days from Dec 21, use agenda for Dec 21 date. It does not matter what is your date of purchase or registration.
Q- Not sure if payment via credit card has been processed or not?
A- Log into your CPD House profile and check your audit log for payments and invoices. Id still cannot find it, send your support ticket.
Q- How can I claim my CPD credits from the regulator?
A- Please visit your regulator's website and follow instructions.

Q- No CPD credits received from the regulator?
A- Please contact your regulator and inquire about reasons. Send a copy to CPD house via a support ticket if reasons are related to CPD house.
Q- Is "Free and No Obligation Self-Assessment Test "mandatory or part of CPD requirements?
A- No; this test or any other test is neither required by the regulatory body nor a part of any CPD program. This test is for you to assess your knowledge in given category.
Q- Cannot register event online; there is no registration button to click?
A- If there are no seats or video is in the process, a registration link will not be available.
Q- Cannot pay via credit card?
A- We accept visa or master card via online registration process; at this time, there is no other option.

Q- Video link password expired?
What if my password is not working or I am locked out by the system?
Effective January 15, 2016: Member will have access to all P.D.L.E.S. CPD events all the way until the end of the year (December 31) regardless your date of purchase during the current year. No more password expiry issues.
A- CPD-CLE videos pages are accessible for view anytime 24/7 on December 31(please refer to email with registration confirmation & instructions for password ). It is purchaser's responsibility to pay attention to expiry period carefully, and view/watch video on or before expiration. Once the password is an expired video will be no longer accessible.
In locked out situation when password is still valid, please contact support team via support ticket form
Q- Cannot play or view the video?
A- CPD house tests its videos periodically on a daily basis. 99% of the time this issue relates to member's personal computer and is due to member's Internet speed and connectivity medium such as wireless/signal strength/LAN/dial-up modem and computer RAM (memory), processor speed and type, operating system and type of browser. You may have to have the required knowledge to adjust your own settings and comfort level. Please use CPDhouse video support web page/link to resolve the issue before submitting support ticket form S.

Once you are logged into CPD House-secured CPD video page, you may simply click on the play button available in the middle of the video box, and the system will automatically start playing.
You may use extra features to enlarge video view area or view in HD format if your system supports it.
All CPD House videos are recorded in a special encoding which supports most media player or MP4/FLV Formats. We use secure cloud-based online secured services such as Google Drive server(s) and videos can be viewed or played right from our video web page without downloading any link or video to your computer.
Once registrant receives instructions with video, success depends on his/her computer's hardware and software compatibility and designated media player and Internet speed, as there is no connection between registrant’s computer and our servers at that time. If still there is an issue to play video, it is purely a compatibility issue between your system and or internet speed/connectivity or modem settings of your Internet service provider; you may try again by refreshing browsers or use a different computer or Internet service provider or change your computer’s firewall settings.
Q- Need to cancel the event or apply for a refund?
A- Please explore our refund and registration policy, and then submit a request via refund form R.
Q- Have not received a reply to my previous support ticket?
A- If we have received your support request as per our support policy, we will reply to support-related inquiries within 12-24 business hours or less. Please check your spam/junk email folders before submitting a new support ticket. Use this link for policy and options.
Q- Not sure if payment was successful or not after registration?
A- If you see a message like successful in green highlight and payment failed in yellow and red, this means, your event registration part was successful, but payment was not due to credit card related issues, such as declined or not entering matching information related to credit card billing. You have to try again with a different card or contact your back.
Q- I would like to know if a recording of the below webinar will be available for participants to watch again? I paid for this CPD event and would like to watch it again.
A- Each event is sold as separate event based on its format of your choice. Purchase of one event in a given format does not constitute automatic registration or access to another. Such as if you have purchased a live web format event, you will have access to live only, video event will give you access for video event only. If you want to have access to video event later, you have to purchase that.
