Seminar summary

IRPA & IRPR establish rules concerning the Immigration status of foreign nationals entering or residing in Canada. A foreign national who violates the rules or does not follow may lose status.

This CPD course will cover the general overview of loss of status in the light of legislative provisions and available remedies in general and specifically in a pandemic.
