Description

Understanding the equivalency of modern contractual interpretation across jurisdictions is key to commercial success. Practitioners must weigh and manage client priorities when drafting or litigating "good faith" and force majeure clauses. This course will explore key issues at the intersection of statutory law and written agreements.
