• Description: This course addresses the foundational ethical duties of an RCIC in the digital landscape. We examine the Duty of Technological Competence and the professional mandate to supervise AI-generated work products to prevent professional negligence and misrepresentation.

  • Develop firm-wide protocols for the mandatory human review of AI-generated submission letters.
  • Analyze the risks of confidentiality "leakage" when using public LLMs for client case summaries.
  • Draft updated Retainer Agreement clauses that transparently disclose AI usage to clients.
