Free Trial Access: A 25-question test drive to experience the simulation environment.

1. Tier-Specific Access & Usage Terms

To maintain the absolute integrity of our proprietary simulation engine, access is strictly gated based on the tier you selected during your mandatory eligibility verification process.

A. Free Trial Simulation Tier

• Scope of Access: Access is limited to a 25-question test drive snapshot designed to introduce candidates to the simulation environment layout.

• Allowances: Valid for exactly fifteen (15) days upon administrative verification, granting a maximum of three (3) exam attempts.

• Exclusions: The Free Trial tier does not include the complimentary Test Day Data Booklet, full-length formats, or study extension privileges. The fee is $0.

• Paid Full Mock Exams: Full-length, hyper-realistic exams matching the exact LSO test formats.
  

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register for any CCEC simulation, candidates must meet all of the following criteria:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Academic Qualification: Must have successfully graduated from a Law Society of Ontario (LSO) accredited paralegal education program; such as an accredited Ontario career college or polytechnic; within the last three years.
• Active Candidate Status: Must be actively registered as a licensing candidate in the LSO paralegal licensing process, or be in the process of completing an application for an upcoming P1 licensing exam sitting on LSO Connects.

Required Documentation

During the registration process, all candidates must upload digital copies of the following documents to our secure portal; or utilize the Fast-Track Verification option if they are an active CPD Bundle Registrant:

• Proof of Legal Name and Photo ID: A notarized copy of an approved government-issued document; such as a valid Canadian passport, Canadian birth certificate, or current international passport; matching your LSO Connects profile name.
• Proof of Accredited Education: An official transcript, diploma, or institutional proof of graduation confirming completion of an LSO-accredited paralegal program.
• Active LSO Status Confirmation: A screenshot of your LSO Connects home portal displaying your current candidate number and active "In Progress" application status.

Self-Service Upgrade Instructions

1. Log In to Your Account Navigate to the official CPD House website and log into your current profile using your existing free trial username and password.

2. Locate the Upgrade Link Once successfully logged into your dashboard, view your free access profile and click on the specific link labeled "How to Upgrade Your Exam Access."

3. Select Your Paid Tier From the upgrade page, choose your desired full mock exam category (e.g., RCIC EPE, RISIA, or RCIC-IRB) by clicking the corresponding event link.

4. Confirm Details and Complete Payment Carefully review your personal information on the screen to ensure it is accurate and matches your official documents. Once confirmed, proceed to the secure checkout to process your invoice payment.

5. Await Admin Verification Once your payment is successfully processed, our exam administration team will conduct a manual verification of your details to ensure compliance. Upon approval, your account will be officially upgraded, and you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your full paid exam tier.

Important Notice: Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for the administrative verification and upgrade process to be completed. Plan your study schedule accordingly so your access is ready when you need it.
