National Reciprocal Acceptance

Our programs are designed for portability and professional mobility. While our courses are specifically curated for the LSO and LSBC, they generally qualify for reciprocal acceptance in most other Canadian jurisdictions. Lawyers in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Atlantic provinces can typically apply our accredited hours toward their annual CPD requirements based on their respective Law Society’s reciprocal rules.

Accredited and Professionally Curated

Our curriculum is expertly developed to address the evolving needs of the legal sector. We offer a comprehensive selection of courses focusing on substantive law, practice management, and mandatory professionalism topics. Every session is designed to ensure you remain at the forefront of legal practice while maintaining total regulatory compliance.

The Benefit of Judicial Instruction

  • A "Behind-the-Bench" Perspective: Gain direct insight into how judges evaluate evidence, assess advocacy, and interpret recent legislative changes.

  • Unmatched Expertise: Justice Libman is a recognized authority on regulatory offences and the rules of court. He is the author of seminal Canadian legal texts, including Libman on Regulatory Offences in Canada and Criminal Trial Rules in Provincial Courts in Canada.

  • Bridging Theory and Practice: With a Ph.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a career that spans roles as a Crown Counsel and a Judge of the Ontario Court of Justice (appointed in 1996), Justice Libman provides a rare blend of academic depth and practical courtroom experience.

  • Focus on Advocacy: Learn the "do’s and don’ts" of courtroom conduct and legal drafting directly from an authority who presides over these matters daily.
