• No Guarantee of Outcome: Successful completion or high scoring on any CCEC practice exam attempt does not guarantee a passing score on the official CICC Entry-to-Practice (EPE) or Specialization exams.

2. Tier-Specific Access & Usage Terms

To maintain the absolute integrity of our proprietary simulation engine, access is strictly gated based on the tier you selected during your mandatory eligibility verification process:

A. Free Trial Simulation Tier

• Scope of Access: Access is limited to a 25-question test drive snapshot designed to introduce candidates to the simulation environment layout.

• Allowances: Valid for exactly fifteen (15) days upon administrative verification, granting a maximum of three (3) exam attempts.

• Exclusions: The Free Trial tier does not include the complimentary Test Day Data Booklet, full-length formats, or study extension privileges. The fee is $0.

B. Paid Full Mock Exam Tiers (RISIA, RCIC, RCIC-IRB)

• Scope of Access: Access includes full-length, hyper-realistic exam tracks tailored to your specific license type (RISIA EPE at $75, RCIC EPE at $99, or RCIC-IRB Specialization Prep at $125).

• Allowances: Valid for exactly ninety (90) days upon payment processing, granting a maximum of four (4) complete exam attempts.

• Included Bonuses: Paid tiers automatically include a complimentary Test Day Data Booklet integrated into the portal to support final preparation.

Note on Question Pools for All Tiers: To allow candidates to accurately track layout familiarity, pacing improvements, and scoring progression over time, the question sets remain consistent across all allotted exam attempts.

3. Strict Refund and Access Extension Policy

Because access to digital simulations and proprietary analytical feedback is delivered automatically to your candidate profile, all sales are strictly regulated under the following financial constraints:

• 100% Non-Refundable: Due to the digital nature of the mock exams, all fees are strictly non-refundable once the simulation environment has been accessed or unlocked. No partial or full refunds will be issued for unused attempts or early completion.

• Study Extension Window: Access extensions are not granted automatically. CCEC will only accommodate an access extension if the candidate supplies official documentation proving an official CICC exam deferral or a later scheduled official exam date.

4. Intellectual Property, Security, and Academic Integrity

The simulation engine, software configurations, question banks, layout, and accompanying Test Day Data Booklets are the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of Can-College O/A CPD House (CCEC) and are protected by copyright laws.

• No Account Sharing: Your profile credentials on the ccece-CPDhouse LMS are strictly personalized and non-transferable. Account credentials may not be shared with other candidates, colleagues, or third parties under any circumstances.

• Prohibition of Data Extraction: Attempting to copy, print, screenshot, download, photograph, or otherwise extract questions or data from the Classmarker simulations is strictly prohibited.

• Immediate Termination: Any suspected violation of academic integrity, account sharing, or data copying will result in the immediate, permanent termination of your portal account. In the event of termination for security breaches, all fees paid are completely forfeited without a refund, and CCEC reserves the right to report the breach to relevant professional regulatory bodies.
