Credit Carry-Over Policy

Members may be eligible to transfer CPD credits to the following reporting year.

• Regulatory Compliance: Credit transfers are permitted according to your specific CICC's CPD regulations.

• Note: While many jurisdictions (such as the CICC, LSBC and LSS) allow for a carry-over of credits, others (like the LSO) may have specific limitations or exceptions. We recommend verifying your local Law Society’s current bylaws to confirm your eligible carry-over amount.

1. Membership Duration & Fees

• Subscription Period: The CPD Bundle program fee covers a fixed period from July 1 to June 30 of the related calendar year.

• Non-Prorated Fees: The subscription fee remains the same regardless of your registration date. Fees are not calculated on a pro-rated basis.

• Extended Access Example: Whether you register on June 1 or January 1, you will maintain access to all secured program resources and documentation until July 30 of the reporting year.

2. Refunds & Program Scope

• Refund Policy: No refunds or exchanges are permitted once a registration has been approved and delivered.

• Scope of Benefits: This program is strictly for CPD credit access; no other associated benefits or services are included under this specific membership.

Q: What happens if one or more videos in my bundle show as "expired"? A: Regardless of specific regulator windows, CPD House provides continued access to all videos within our system until December 31. You should have no issues viewing content or accessing related documentation through the end of the year.

Note: It is the member’s sole responsibility to ensure they comply with their specific regulatory body’s procedures and deadlines when claiming credits or filing via their portal.

Q: My profile says I must renew my membership by December 30 or June 30. Is this mandatory? A: No. This is a system-generated automated message and is not a requirement. We recommend that members DO NOT renew until we announce the new program details early next year. Once your current term expires, your membership status will simply change to "Lapsed" with no penalty.
