• Non-Prorated Fees: The subscription fee remains the same regardless of your registration date. Fees are not calculated on a pro-rated basis.

• Extended Access Example: Whether you register on January 1 or December 1, you will maintain access to all secured program resources and documentation until January 15 of the following year.

• Refund Policy: No refunds or exchanges are permitted once a registration has been approved and delivered.

A: Regardless of specific regulator windows, CPD House provides continued access to all videos within our system until December 31. Q: My profile says I must renew my membership by December 30 or January 15. Is this mandatory? A: No. This is a system-generated automated message and is not a requirement. We recommend that members DO NOT renew until we announce the new program details early next year. Once your current term expires, your membership status will simply change to "Lapsed" with no penalty.
