Seminar summary: If a removal order is enforceable, the foreign national against whom it was made must leave Canada immediately, and the order must be enforced as soon as possible.

A removal order can be stayed in different situations. This seminar will review the powers of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness to impose a temporary stay of removal under section 50(e) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
