To create a highly realistic and secure training environment, Can-College O/A CPD House enforces strict access parameters modelled after top industry competitors and the rigorous examination security rules established by the CICC. By registering for our mock exams, you agree to comply fully with the following terms.

1. Access Timelines

To ensure candidates study materials that strictly comply with the CICC’s 90-day legislative cut-off rule, our platform enforces rigid access timelines.

• Exam-Date Expiry: Access to the online mock exams and digital study materials is strictly temporary. Your access will automatically terminate on the exact date you entered for your official CICC exam during registration.

• The 90-Day Access Window: We strongly recommend purchasing your package within 90 days of your scheduled exam. Our content is updated based on the CICC's 90-day cut-off, ensuring the questions match the exact laws in effect for your specific testing cohort.

2. Mock Exam Attempt Limits

To mimic the CICC’s regulatory testing framework and encourage disciplined study habits, CPD House enforces strict limits on simulation attempts.

• Maximum Submissions: Candidates may submit each full-length practice exam a maximum of four (4) times before their access expires. This mirrors both competitor standards and the CICC’s absolute limit of four lifetime EPE attempts.

• Randomized Delivery of Static Questions: While the core questions within your specific exam simulation remain exactly the same across all four attempts—allowing you to accurately measure your direct improvement—the order of the questions is completely randomized for every attempt. This prevents positional memorization and ensures you are relying on professional judgment rather than sequence recall.

3. Account Security and Anti-Fraud Enforcement

We take the protection of our intellectual property and the integrity of the profession seriously. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for account sharing.

• Single-User Access Only: Only the single candidate registered for the program is permitted to access the LMS materials.

• Active IP Monitoring: The CCEC-CPDhouse LMS actively monitors IP addresses, device footprints, and login behaviours.

• Immediate Termination: If our system detects simultaneous logins from multiple geographic locations, or if we discover an unregistered individual accessing the account, your connection will be permanently terminated.

• No Refunds for Violations: Because unauthorized access constitutes a severe breach of professional ethics, no refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

4. Simulation Environment Rules (The "Test Day" Experience)

To fully prepare for the intense pressure of the actual CICC virtual EPE, candidates are expected to adhere to strict simulation rules while taking our mock exams.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality Declaration

The CCEC/CPD House considers reproducing or sharing exam content to be a severe ethical breach that can result in the invalidation of a candidate's exam score and a referral to the Registrar. CPD House enforces this exact standard for our proprietary mock exams.

• No Reproduction: Candidates must not copy, screenshot, record, print, or share the contents, scenarios, or rationales of the CPD House mock exams in any manner.

• Strict Confidentiality: Discussing or posting specific scenario questions in public forums, WhatsApp study groups, or on social media is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without a refund. 
  

Self-Service Upgrade Instructions

1. Log In to Your Account Navigate to the official CPD House website and log into your current profile using your existing free trial username and password.

2. Locate the Upgrade Link Once successfully logged into your dashboard, view your free access profile and click on the specific link labeled "How to Upgrade Your Exam Access."

3. Select Your Paid Tier From the upgrade page, choose your desired full mock exam category (e.g., RCIC EPE, RISIA, or RCIC-IRB) by clicking the corresponding event link.

4. Confirm Details and Complete Payment Carefully review your personal information on the screen to ensure it is accurate and matches your official documents. Once confirmed, proceed to the secure checkout to process your invoice payment.

5. Await Admin Verification Once your payment is successfully processed, our exam administration team will conduct a manual verification of your details to ensure compliance. Upon approval, your account will be officially upgraded, and you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your full paid exam tier.

Important Notice: Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for the administrative verification and upgrade process to be completed. Plan your study schedule accordingly so your access is ready when you need it.
