Membership Terms and Subscription Policy
Duration and Expiry
The CPD Bundle subscription operates on a fixed annual cycle from July 1 to June 30 of the following year.

Flat-Rate Fee: The subscription fee is a fixed cost and is not prorated. Regardless of your registration date, the fee remains the same.

Access Period: Whether you register on July 15 or the following June 1, your access to all secured program resources and documentation will expire on June 30.

No Refunds: Once registration is approved and access is delivered, we do not allow refunds, exchanges, or credits.

What if a video in my bundle is nearing its regulatory expiry?
While we adhere to regulator policies, CPD House provides extended access to all videos on our system until June 30. You will have no issues viewing content or accessing related documentation through the end of the membership term.
